Sightseeing attractions in the village of Wilderswil: “Cultural Walks at the Entrance to the Lütschinen Valleys”, Unspunnen and Rothenfluh ruins, “Alte Mühle“ (old mill) Village Museum, Natural Garden, 12th century Gsteig Church.
Attractions in the area: Schynige Platte, Jungfraujoch „Top of Europe“, Schilthorn „Piz Gloria“,Brienzer Rothorn, Harder Kulm, boat trips on Lakes Thun and Brienz, all kinds of sport activities. Short excursions and hikes by nostalgic cogwheel railway up to the nature paradise of Schynige Platte and its Botanical Alpine Garden with over 500 species of flora. Demanding hikes: up the Abendberg mountain and down to Saxeten. For mountaineers: a mountain hike over Bällenhöchst to Isenfluh or over the Renggli Pass to Aeschi, both starting from Wilderswil or Saxeten. From June to September: guided visits to an Alpine dairy.
